Registration Fee: $60 per child (one time fee, regardless of number of weeks, non-refundable)
Registration/Cancellation Policy: This form reserves your space. Camp is enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified if you are placed on a waiting list. Registration opens on Monday, February 3rd for AMIS families. Registration opens to Alumni on Monday, March 2nd, and to new families on Monday, March 16th. Registration can be submitted at any time. Early registrations by Alumni and new families will go into the queue to be processed when registration opens for you.
Payment in full for camp is due two weeks prior to the camp start date. Registration for camp closes one week prior to the camp start date. A refund can be given for cancellations made up to two weeks prior to the week registered. Registration, field work, and materials fees are non-refundable. It is YOUR responsibility to be paid in full by the deadline. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR SPACE.
Themes will run dependent on enrollment. You will be notified prior to payment being due if the theme for your child’s camp has changed.
Closings: We will be closed on Friday, July 3rd. There will be no aftercare on Friday, July 24th, so pickup will be between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM on this day.
